Petition by peasants of Aranjan
Petitioners urge the addressee to persuade Haji Musa Khan, the head of the Azarbayjan army, that the amount of alfalfa he has requested is impossible and ask him to either call off the order or give them more time, so they could deliver some from Qarachah Dagh after the snow melts.

Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1863 or 1864
Mahd-i ‘Ulya responds to Nasir al-Din Shah's letter and explains how her servants found the petition the soldiers threw into their yard. She then requested ‘Ayn al-Mulk deliver the petition to Nasir al-Din Shah. Mahd-i ‘Ulya also mentions Amin al-Mulk asking her to reassure the soldiers that they could go and receive their wages from him.

Includes Tupuli Khanum's petition to the Majlis demanding her husband, Lutf Allah, be exempt from military service. Lutf Allah, son of Miruz, is the sole breadwinner for their family of three children. Probably to ‘Amid Lashkar about professional and family matters, including: taking a leave from the army in Tabriz; the booklet for registering the wages, the death of Hazhir al-Mulk's wife, seeing Mirza Abu Turab Khan, the suggestion to give the position of pay master of the Nasir regiment to ‘Amid Lashkar, the writer's service in his trip to Chahar Uymaq and Salmas, family news, getting wheat from Vali Hasan village, ‘Ata Bayg's intention to sell his property, the letter from Abu Turab Khan's mother, and the promise to ‘Azimat Khanum and Mirza Abu Turab Khan.

Complaint by people of Saqqiz, 1915
Includes two petitions by the people of Saqqiz to the Majlis regarding the troubles caused by the new government, for instance housing the government riders in the peasants' houses and taking their household furnishings and never returning them, the evacuation of a residential place where about forty people, including women and children, lived, and sending agents to the peasant houses when the men are at work and the women are alone at home; along with a letter of inquiry from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior regarding these claims.
